Counseling Department
School Counseling Department Mission Statement:
The mission of the School Counseling Department is to support the academic, career, and social-emotional development of all students through a comprehensive and inclusive counseling program. I am committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment where every student is empowered to reach their full potential, develop lifelong skills, and become responsible, productive members of society. Through collaboration with families, educators, and the community, I advocate for equity, access, and success for EVERY student.
School Counseling Referral Forms:
School counseling referral forms are tools used by teachers, students, and parents to request support from the school counselor. These forms help identify students who may need assistance with academic challenges, social or emotional concerns, behavioral issues, or personal situations. The forms ensure that the counselor is informed and can follow up appropriately to provide support and intervention when needed.
- Teachers use them to report observations in the classroom.
- Students use them to seek help for themselves.
- Parents use them to express concerns about their child’s well-being.
