Welcome to speech and language therapy!
My name is Rhoda Kanna. I am new to Greene County and Greene County Schools. I was born in Canada but became a US Citizen in 2012, being sworn in at the Capital Building in Colonial Williamsburg. I studied at Pacific Union College (Angwin, CA) and Loma Linda University (Loma Linda, CA). I earned my Master's Degree from Loma Linda University in Speech-Language Pathology. Throughout my career, I've worked with individuals in the school setting, at a children's clinical rehabilitation setting, and in home healthcare with adults. If you get to come to speech and language therapy, you will learn how to correctly pronounce all sounds in the English language, learn correct grammar while speaking or writing, improve vocabulary skills, listening skills, reasoning skills, problem solving skills, etc. We learn these skills in fun and challenging ways.
