National History Day
Parents and Students:
I will be coordinating things for the History Day competitions here at South Greene Middle School. No one is required to do History Day, but many students in the past have chosen to participate in it. I will be your point person if you choose to compete in it.
Students can compete in individual or small group competitions. The categories are exhibit (board), performance, paper, documentary, or website. If you are interested, let me know as soon as possible and I will get you the information about the specific category you choose to participate in.
Each year there is a different theme and each project has to relate back to the theme.

Registration normally opens in early October. I would like to know by then who is actually competing so I do not have to rush to get things in by the last moment.
