Welcome to 6th grade Science!

I'm entering my third year as a 6th Grade science teacher, and first at South Greene Middle School. Previously I was the 6th grade science teacher at Chuckey-Doak Middle School and Head Football Coach. I received my Bachelor's degree in History and Master's in Teaching from Tusculum University. I played Football for twelve years and was part of the back-to-back State Championship team at Greeneville High School, I coached Football at Chuckey-Doak Middle School where we won the first ever back-to-back championship in Chuckey-Doak Middle School's history. I'm married to Alissa Furches Kenney who taught Algebra and Special Education until this year at South Greene High School, and I'm the father to my beautiful daughter Onna Kenney who turned three in June. I look forward to a wonderful year at SGMS!
